Following on from our first Equals conference in June 2024, schools have been keen to further develop the Equals curriculum in their own unique settings.
• This second conference will explore the benefits and challenges and showcase what schools have already achieved and what the curriculum looks like in practice.
• Peter Imray the Author of Equals will open the conference explaining the curriculum overview, how this might be viewed by OFSTED and ways to get it started. He will also cover assessments, baselining and tracking pupil progress.
The afternoon will give people the chance to choose two workshops including:
• Setting up in an imperfect world
• Practical activities to implement
the curriculum
• Curriculum planning in action
• Preparing for OFSTED
